After serving as a New Hampshire Superior Court Trial Judge for 23 years, Judge Morrill accepted early retirement 7 years ago in order to enter the field of mediation and arbitration. Judge Morrill is an experienced jurist who has presided over thousands of trials involving almost every type of dispute. Whether your legal case or disagreement involves personal injury, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, employer-employee conflicts, intellectual property, franchises, partnership, real estate and land use, insurance coverage/bad faith, professional negligence, personal injury, construction, consumer fraud, landlord-tenant, note collection, fee disputes, defamation, civil rights, and embezzlement, put Judge Morrill's experience and wisdom to work for you. 


7 years as a private mediator and arbitrator, mediating over 600 cases and arbitrating over 100 more.

23 years as a Superior Court Trial Judge.

12 years as a trial attorney in private practice, representing insurance companies, individuals, businesses, partnerships and corporations in federal and state courts.

Convenient and Comfortable Facilities

 


If you wish, mediation sessions can be conducted in my downtown Portsmouth office, near convenient public parking and Portsmouth's excellent restaurants and fine shops. Plenty of conference room space is available to assure comfort and confidentiality.
